I'm sorry, I am not able to determine if you got hand soap in your eye as I do not have the ability to see or physically assess your situation. If you are experiencing discomfort or irritation in your eye, it is recommended to flush your eye with clean water and seek medical attention if the symptoms persist or worsen. **

The symbol of a hand with an eye, often referred to as the Hamsa or Hand of Fatima, is a popular amulet in Middle Eastern and North African cultures. It is believed to provide protection against the "evil eye" and bring good fortune. The eye in the center of the hand is thought to ward off negative energy and bring blessings to the wearer. The Hamsa is also seen as a symbol of strength, power, and blessings in various spiritual and religious traditions. **

In Italian culture, the hand gesture known as the "corna" or "devil horns" is believed to ward off bad luck or the evil eye. It is commonly used to express good luck or to protect oneself from negative energy. The gesture involves extending the index and pinky fingers while keeping the other fingers folded down with the thumb. It is a popular gesture in Italy and is often seen at rock concerts or sporting events. **

Jesus recommended cutting off the hand and gouging out the eye as a metaphorical way to emphasize the seriousness of avoiding sin and temptation. He was teaching that it is better to remove anything that causes us to sin, even if it is as important as a hand or an eye, rather than allowing it to lead us astray. It was a powerful illustration to convey the importance of taking drastic measures to maintain spiritual purity and avoid sin at all costs. **
