The decision to recall Ambassador Melnyk to Kyiv should be based on an assessment of his performance and effectiveness in representing Ukraine's interests in his current posting. If there are concerns about his ability to effectively carry out his duties or if there are diplomatic issues that need to be addressed, then recalling him may be necessary. However, if he has been successful in promoting Ukraine's interests and maintaining positive relations with the host country, then it may not be necessary to recall him. Ultimately, the decision should be based on what is in the best interest of Ukraine's diplomatic efforts. **

It is unlikely that Putin will be able to completely take over Kyiv, as Ukraine has a strong military and a determined population that is willing to defend their capital. Additionally, there would likely be significant international backlash and sanctions if Russia were to attempt a full takeover of Kyiv. The conflict in Ukraine is complex and involves multiple factors, making it difficult for any one side to achieve a complete victory. **

Kyiv is refusing a nuclear power plant inspection at the Zaporizhzhia power plant due to security concerns and the ongoing conflict with Russia. The Ukrainian government is worried that allowing the inspection could potentially expose sensitive information about the plant's security measures to Russian authorities. Additionally, the conflict with Russia has heightened tensions and mistrust, making it difficult for Ukraine to trust the intentions of international inspectors. The refusal also reflects Ukraine's desire to maintain control over its nuclear facilities during a time of geopolitical instability. **
