I'm sorry, but I cannot provide an answer to that question as I do not have access to personal information about individuals in your class. If you are feeling uncomfortable or unsafe due to unwanted touching from boys in your class, it is important to speak to a trusted adult or authority figure about the situation. Remember that it is never okay for someone to touch you without your consent. **

She touches me in class by gently placing her hand on my shoulder when she comes around to check on my work. Sometimes, she lightly taps my desk to get my attention or to emphasize a point during a lesson. Additionally, she occasionally gives me a reassuring pat on the back when she sees that I am struggling with a task. Overall, her touches are subtle and supportive, creating a sense of connection and encouragement in the classroom. **

The Imperial Constitution of 1849 was a constitution enacted in the Austrian Empire, which aimed to establish a constitutional monarchy and grant certain rights and freedoms to its citizens. It was a response to the revolutionary movements of 1848, which had called for greater political participation and civil liberties. The constitution established a bicameral parliament, with an upper house representing the nobility and a lower house representing the common people. However, the constitution was short-lived, as it was soon revoked by Emperor Franz Joseph I in 1851, leading to a period of increased centralization and authoritarian rule in the Austrian Empire. **

The Imperial Constitution of 1871 in Germany was not fully democratic. While it did establish a federal system with a parliament (the Reichstag) elected by universal male suffrage, it also gave significant power to the Emperor and the Chancellor, who were not elected by the people. The Emperor had the authority to appoint and dismiss the Chancellor, and the Chancellor had the power to appoint and dismiss the federal ministers. Additionally, the upper house of the parliament, the Bundesrat, was made up of representatives appointed by the rulers of the German states, rather than being elected by the people. Therefore, while the constitution did include some democratic elements, it also maintained a significant amount of power in the hands of unelected officials. **

The Imperial Constitution of 1871 can be seen as progressive in some aspects. It established a federal structure for the German Empire, which allowed for a degree of regional autonomy and representation. It also granted universal male suffrage, which was a significant step towards democracy at the time. However, it also concentrated a significant amount of power in the hands of the Emperor and the Chancellor, limiting the influence of the elected Reichstag. Overall, while it had some progressive elements, the Imperial Constitution of 1871 also had limitations that hindered its overall progressiveness. **
